Shipping Policy

We ship orders from the United States. Posters are rolled in a sturdy protective mailing tube. Postcards are packed with your poster when both are ordered, or in a rigid mailer when ordered on their own.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

We use FedEx Ground live rates at checkout. The final rate for your address and cart is shown before you pay. If the live-rate service is temporarily unavailable, we fall back to a flat-rate option so your order can still be placed.

International shipping

International orders are not currently supported through the website. For an international shipping quote, email support@admins-at-work.com with your country and we'll do our best to help. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees collected by their destination country.

Sales tax

We collect U.S. state sales tax where required. The tax amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you pay.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package is marked delivered but missing, email us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement if needed.

Frames (Amazon)

Optional frames are fulfilled directly by Amazon on their own shipping timeline and are tracked through your Amazon account.
